registration fee covers conference materials, coffee breaks, and all social
events: welcome party, conference dinner, concert, and excursion.

Prices include a buffet breakfast, insurance, all
taxes, fitness, swimming pool and Internet connection.
Accommodation can be also provided in Shipka hotel (2*),
which is located at ca. 200 m from Rodina hotel. The prices for Shipka hotel (per
night per person) are 32 EUR in single room and 22 EUR in double room.
If you need accommodation during the symposium, please,
inform us via the conference e-mail address about the expected dates of your
arrival and departure in/from Sofia, and preferred type of room.

With the kind support of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation,
Germany, and the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe, we will provide
grants covering partially the expenses for registration, accommodation, and
travel (up to 100 euro) for participants from academic institutions of the
countries supported by the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe (Albania,
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldavia, Romania, Serbia,
Montenegro). The applications for grants will be open till October 30th.
